Q. How long after I place my order before you ship it?
A. Most orders for in-stock items are shipped with 2 days, sometimes even the same day. Other orders are usually shipped within 5 business days.
Q. How do you ship?
A. We ship via UPS ground service for lower 48 USA customers, for all others we use the postal service.
Q. Will I get tracking numbers?
A. Yes, as soon as UPS picks up your product from our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number from UPS.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. We have a 30 day return policy on all “non-used” products. Call us for details, as some products do not allow us to accept returns. (all returns must have an RA number on the package), Click here for details

A. Yes, we can ship products virtually anywhere around the world. Email or call us and let us get you a quote.
